Use this configuration as a starting point for an OEM or private-label project. Send your working-kit list or drawings, intended order quantity, preferred materials and logo artwork. Pocket positions, colors, hardware and packaging should be recorded in the specification and checked on an approved sample before bulk production.

Minimum order quantity

Sample development and shipping transit time are separate from this production lead time.

Standard factory materials

Most of the main body of our products uses 1680D 5×5 fabric, while decorative sections use 600D fabric. Confirm the exact material arrangement for the selected model with the factory.

D stands for denier, a unit of yarn linear density. The 1680D 5×5 designation is retained as the factory fabric specification; it does not by itself identify the fiber composition.

Standard packaging

The quotation includes:

5×5 standard cartons with customizable printing.
One standard hangtag with customizable content.
Three desiccant sachets per carton.
One large plastic liner bag per carton.

If additional hangtags or higher-grade cartons are required, discuss the requirements with the factory before the order is confirmed.

Samples and export declaration fees

We apply a fixed sample fee, credited against the payment for a formal production order. Responsibility for export customs declaration fees depends on the order value. See our factory ordering FAQ for the current sample-fee and customs-declaration fee policy.

Payment and bill of lading

The required deposit depends on the order value. For split payments, the balance is due within one week after export customs declaration is completed and the cargo has entered the port. The factory provides the bill of lading after receiving the remaining balance. Read the deposit and balance-payment terms.
