Choose the right development route
OEM: produce to your specification
Share your drawings, sample and written requirements. We review dimensions, construction, materials, branding and manufacturing feasibility. Record any proposed changes before approving the sample.
ODM: develop from a starting design
Select a suitable existing format and discuss changes to the layout, carrying system, colors, logo and packaging. The available changes and development work depend on the selected model. The minimum order quantity for OEM and ODM orders is 200 units per model per color.
Define the details that affect fit and cost
- Layout and fit: overall and usable internal dimensions, equipment fit, compartments, access and carrying method.
- Materials: fabric composition, denier, coating, finished weight and color reference where required. Most standard main-body construction uses 1680D 5×5 fabric with 600D decorative sections; alternative materials need separate sourcing confirmation.
- Components: handles, straps, webbing, loops, closures, hardware, reinforcement and attachment compatibility.
- Branding and packing: logo artwork, application method, labels, hangtags, carton marks and packing quantities.
For a new equipment cover or pouch, include the item dimensions and the proposed strap routing. Material availability and construction feasibility are reviewed before we confirm the project. Any performance targets or testing requirements should be agreed in the specification.

A clear process from brief to delivery
- Share the brief. Send the reference, quantity, destination and target schedule.
- Review and quote. Agree the proposed construction, material choices, commercial terms and any deviations.
- Develop the sample. Confirm the sample fee, materials, preparation time and courier arrangements before work begins.
- Review and approve. Check fit, access, dimensions, closures, attachment positions and branding. Record revisions and approve the sample and specification version in writing.
- Plan bulk production. Confirm the order, materials, payment and manufacturing schedule using the agreed sample as the reference.
- Inspect and prepare shipment. Agree the inspection criteria, packaging, shipping documents and transport arrangements for the order.
Sample and production planning
The sample fee is US$100 per sample and is credited against the order payment once a formal production order is placed. Confirm courier charges, sample scope and development timing with our team. The minimum order quantity for OEM and ODM orders is 200 units per model per color.
Bulk manufacturing normally takes 60 days after the formal order is placed. Confirm specification approval, material availability and the current schedule for your actual order. This is a manufacturing estimate; transit time is additional.
