A bulk tool bag order should begin with a clear working-kit specification, an approved sample and a production plan. Compare the bag configuration, materials, branding and packaging before confirming the order.

Define the working kit and product mix

List the tools, the largest items that must fit, the carrying format and the required quantities by model or color. Compare a tool tote, tool backpack or belt pouch against the intended work instead of choosing solely by pocket count.

Confirm materials and approve a sample

De kosten voor het monster bedragen US$100 per monster. Once a formal production order is placed, the sample fee is credited against the payment for that order.

Check the included packaging

De offerte omvat:

Als er extra hanglabels of kartonnen dozen van hogere kwaliteit nodig zijn, bespreek de vereisten dan met de fabriek voordat de bestelling wordt bevestigd.

Plan manufacturing after the deposit

De productie duurt normaal gesproken 60 dagen nadat de formele bestelling is geplaatst.

Voor duurdere tassen is doorgaans een breder scala aan materialen nodig, wat gevolgen heeft voor de inkoop en de productieplanning. Neem voor de daadwerkelijke bestelling rechtstreeks contact op met de fabriek om het huidige productieschema te bevestigen.

Agree the payment milestones

Bestellingen van US$10.000 of minder: Voorkeur gaat uit naar volledige betaling bij het plaatsen van de bestelling; dit dient met de fabriek te worden besproken. Indien de betaling in termijnen plaatsvindt, bedraagt de minimale aanbetaling 50%.

Bestellingen van meer dan US$10.000: het minimumbedrag dat bij het plaatsen van de bestelling moet worden gestort, bedraagt 30%.

Bij bestellingen die via een aanbetaling en een restbetaling worden betaald, moet het resterende bedrag worden voldaan binnen een week nadat de uitvoeraangifte is afgerond en de lading de haven is binnengekomen. De fabriek levert de vrachtbrief na ontvangst van het resterende bedrag.

Confirm export customs declaration fees

Export customs declaration fees are allocated according to the order value:

• Below US$5,000: the customer pays the export customs declaration fees.
• US$5,000 to US$10,000, inclusive: the customer and factory will discuss sharing the fees; any factory contribution is subject to agreement.
• Above US$10,000: the factory pays the export customs declaration fees.

This policy concerns export customs declaration fees. Freight and destination-related charges should be confirmed separately.

Keep a clear order record

Keep the approved sample, specification version, quantity breakdown, branding artwork and packaging instructions with the order confirmation.
