For a new equipment cover or protective sleeve, send a drawing, reference sample or clear photos with the item dimensions. We review pattern development, material availability and sewing access before confirming feasibility.

Specify finished external dimensions and usable internal space separately. Mark webbing width, loop openings, attachment spacing, strap routing, hook-and-loop overlap and reinforcement areas. Define whether measurements refer to cut lengths or finished components.

Confirm fabric composition, denier, coating, finished weight and a color reference where relevant. Sample review should check equipment fit, access, closure operation and attachment compatibility. Performance requirements and any testing must be agreed for the project.

The approved sample and written specification guide bulk production. The minimum order quantity for OEM and ODM orders is 200 units per model per color. Sample development timing is confirmed separately. Bulk manufacturing normally takes 60 days after the formal order is placed; confirm the schedule for the actual order.
