Do not assume that a catalog listing or a past delivery establishes capacity for a new order; confirm availability for the actual project.

Production lead time is 60 days after the formal order is placed.

Agree checks for the material specification, dimensions and tolerances, pocket layout, stitching, closures, handle and strap attachment, appearance, branding and packaging. Where performance matters, specify an appropriate test and acceptance criteria before ordering. Document inspection responsibilities and how confirmed defects or shortages will be handled.

Send clear artwork files, color references, placement dimensions and any required label or hangtag text. Confirm which party approves artwork and whether a physical branding sample is required. Keep the approved artwork version with the product specification so repeat orders use the same reference.

A coating, lining or molded base does not by itself establish that the complete bag is waterproof. Ask which parts and conditions a claim covers, including seams and closures, and request supporting test information where needed. Choose requirements around the intended exposure rather than treating the two terms as interchangeable.

The minimum order quantity for OEM and ODM orders is 200 units per model per color. Confirm the model, color, materials and supplied components before placing the order. Keep the approved sample and specification as the reference for repeat orders.

Export customs declaration fees are allocated according to the order value:

• Below US$5,000: the customer pays the export customs declaration fees.
• US$5,000 to US$10,000, inclusive: the customer and factory will discuss sharing the fees; any factory contribution is subject to agreement.
• Above US$10,000: the factory pays the export customs declaration fees.

This policy concerns export customs declaration fees. Freight and destination-related charges should be confirmed separately.
